If You Have Any Problem Using UFI Box Or Any Problem Recover Set Post Here

help, i have ufibox, it bought less than 6 month ago. I've tried to fix it before, now when i plug the box it just show usb device not recognize. the leds flash alternately.
i have try to reinstall the software, reinstall pc, change another pc and tell to my fren to fix it. the problem still happen about 2 month untill now. I have tried all the suggestions from the forum.

I have purchased a new ufi dongle. I installed it however it is not working. It is stuck on loading device packages. The laptop is good specs 8 GB ram. Windows defender off, firewall off,
I have even formatted windows and installed a new operating system. Still not working. I paid 99 usd. Why nobody help me to run the software?
Why you do not care about customers? Please someone help me to fix the problem. I spent two days and still not working.

I am trying to flash xiaomi mi 10 pro using ufi dongle. All the time run out of slots. Please try again in 59 minutes.
I have tried about 30 times. I spent four days and still the same. Run out of slots. Is this normal? Please help because I am loosing my hope. I spent 99 usd for dongle and 10 usd for credits. Why this dongle does not work. Please help

ufi dongle xiaomi note 10 ((tucane)) we want to flash but it constantly gives minutes and it doesn't beat even after minutes ufi team please take the matter hand

i have oppo a1k can't connect only if i added gnd pin and dc5v
when i try to flash phone disconnected and reconnect in flash procces
