Try reloading the factory settings using blackberry link, it should work. If not, try using the autoloader once more, make sure that the phone has a full battery before the process so it doesn't fail.

I have Q10 with anti theft lock.
I downloaded the file and now the phone shows blank screen with red led blinking. Tried to restore via blackberry link, but getting this error??? "A:0x00000028"
Any help??????
