i download autoloader and install that but blackberry logo came up and stuck in there !! what is ur advice for this problem ? (Z10 STL100-3)

i av black berry z10 stl100-3 , by sudden i autoload os 10.3.3.498, now what can i do ?? but when i tried to reload by autoloader os version 10.3.1 it stuck on blackberry logo what should i do tell me please, i tried a lot and now tired plz help me

I have a blackberry stl100-2, the auto load opens more does not conneta the cell phone is written reset and cellular is turning on and off someone has the solution? How to see which version is

hello i had a problem of updating to 10.3.3 and anti theft issue but it was resolved by it self after flashing old 10.3.2 and giving me bb logo then i loaded the 10.3.3 again ....i tried using bb line with 10.3.2 but no help i tried it again after 10.3.3 also no help took a while after 2 restarts it opened without asking for the id at all with full functioning firmware for Z30 sta100 2 ....it took a while for the setup hanging alittle asking me for internet and waiting for sim connection but it opened finally
hope this help you who have the same problem

Hi my device is a Z10 STL100-2 with OS 10.3.2.2836.

Will this FIle STL100-2 / 3/4 10.3.1 work for me? There is warning not to upgrade to this version.
