I'm new to ufi box...after installing all the setup...the tool open but not show any model list...already replace the ufi brand zip file...syncronize...but still...no model showing...please help me

Help PLZ. RPMB Key do not show model Vivo or any brand .Show only Enter Custom Key.
I want to fix Vivo Y15S by Program eMMC Key.
My eMMC Tool Program do not show model Vivo or any Post #1 in RPMB Key not show brand/model .Show only Enter Custom Key.

-i had reinstalled the program.
-i had Sychonize file already.
