Vivo Y12s (PD2036F_EX_A_6.15.2)

Vivo latest version can't unlock bootloader and flash

When flash, Jumping to Brom then the phone restarts itself
And when I unlock the bootloader, I experience Jumping to BROM, but after I try again the next day, Operaton Erase: FRP Appears.
