my laptop is usb 3.0 and type C only. win 10 64 bit

can you try connect to usb 2.0 on laptop ?

which version u download ? or check ur driver for card .... install these driver and check again with latest version of ufi android toolbox v1.3.0.1155...

Anybody have problem using ufi dongle
Well i bought this dongle and played with problem two days i found the solution

The solution is dont use ufi dongle as single insert another dongle or box that has smartcard like z3x umt octoplus etc
For example insert octoplus plus box in one usb port and then ufi dongle in second usb port

And open ufi android tool box

It will work now

why , , [SERVER] This card was not assigned as UFI Dongle, please request activation to [email protected](requires dealer name and purchase invoice)
or report to your dealer !

same problem. card was working fine on old windows, after install new windows, software not detect dongle even in installation software is detecting dognle.
