Hello, seems like connection problem, you can try the following suggestions :

1. Change USB Data Cable, better use good quality, and short ones.
2. Change USB Port. Directly connect to USB port instead of USB Hub.
3. Try using Different Computer
4. Always using latest version of UFI Software.
