Dear User,

Thank you for trying the procedure with a different root method.
Unfortuantely we did not find the exact cause why backing up the EFS partition returns with an error with this device.
We don't have other suggestions on how to proceed. Try a couple different stock firmwares and root methods, and see if any works.
