Unfortunately there aren't many works done with binary 5.
You can try to use Chimear Autoroot, but if that doesn't work, please keep on trying with different firmwares + Root methods.

I have a question, my friends. Does the imei patch change imei 1 and imei2, or can I choose to change just imei 1? Because I have a device here where only imei 1 is blocked. It would be an A346 MTK processor.

Currently our method to make the IMEI of Samsung devices functional is Patch based, and other than some MTK devices, all other ones need to be rooted to perform these procedures.

Yes, to change only 1 IMEI at a time, only type in a new number for that specific IMEI.
