1-For which variant this file is? I mean there are 2 variants , a-Hong Kong, b-China, Is it safe to flash on both vairants
2-Do we need unlock crom lock in download mode to flash it or direct flash in Odin?

Brother firt u should to remove frp lock and then unlock bootloader and then simply flash 4files with odin ...
