Samsung A336 not start as usual

Hi guys,
Samsung A336 does not start - a customer brought with a broken LCD but the phone was alive then.
I changed LCD but
Now to start the phone successfullyI must disconnect the battery connect charging and then connect the battery and the phone starts and I can use it normally. (The On/OFF button is not faulty).
If I use a laboratory power supply ( without connected battery) the phone starts
Who came accross a similar problem?

Il Samsung A336 non si avvia: un cliente ha portato il telefono con un LCD rotto, ma a quel punto era ancora acceso.
Ho cambiato LCD ma
Ora, per avviare correttamente il telefono, devo scollegare la batteria, collegare la carica e poi ricollegare la batteria: il telefono si avvia e posso utilizzarlo normalmente. (Il pulsante On/OFF non è difettoso).
Se utilizzo un alimentatore da laboratorio (senza batteria collegata) il telefono si avvia
Chi ha riscontrato un problema simile?

M336 and a137 are the same you have to see the flex version that had the old broken display then if it's not original do this so check the flex version
