2. Enable Diag and And Write Given QCN
   
3. Connect Device In EDL Mode And Write Modem Files With QFIL or Mi Tool
   
4. Then Root Device And Repair OG IMEI With Supported Box and Tools
   
5. Again Connect Device In Edl Mode And And Write EFS Files
   
6. Done .. Enjoy

Yes I faced This problem On this model Finally I got a magic File For Fix Nv Data and imei 00000 fix I already Fixed more then 5+ Redmi s2 imei 0000 And no service. first reset efs in to edl mode with umt or other officialy tool
secend write modem file with xiomi flash tool
and finally write imei with umt RSA protect tab have injoy...
