Z3X nokia ta-1604 dead after read info

nokia ta-1604 is dead. i read info with pandora and now phone doesnt power on again. please help\

i have same problem, i make two phones dead same model, i try one on infinity other one on pandora both are dead by just trying to read info, its partition map distryed

i dont know why z3x is not saying anything regarding this. how can just read info make phone dead? i cant seem to find the firmware anywhere too
