They promised Android 12 and regular updates. We have received neither. The Google Play System Updates are not the OS updates they promised. We're all still stuck on May 1, 2022, for example. They used COVID as an excuse not to regularly update in 2020, they pushed 2-3 in 2021, and the whole time they kept saying "coming soon" and "it will be worth the wait."
