- First, download the required files using the software provided by Software Fix.
- If you face any issues, make sure to follow their instructions step-by-step.
- To download the correct file:
- Boot the phone into Fastboot Mode.
- Copy the IMEI number shown in Fastboot Mode.
- Paste the IMEI into the Software Fix tool to download the exact matching file for your device.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Set Up Your PC
- Install SPD USB drivers (search: “SPD Unisoc USB driver install”).
- If drivers don’t install, disable Driver Signature Enforcement (Google this if unsure).
- Unzip the FRP Tool Package.
- Open ResearchDownload Tool.
- Load the .pac file ( Click the gear icon and select it ).
- Click on Settings (the two gears icon).
- Uncheck everything.
- Only check:
- FDL1
- FDL2
- persist
- Click OK to confirm.
- Power off the phone completely.
- Remove the back cover.
- Locate the Test Point on the motherboard
- Use tweezers to short the test point to ground.
- While holding it, plug the USB cable into the PC.
- The phone will enter diag mode.
- In ResearchDownload Tool, click the Play button (Start).
- Wait for the flashing to complete.
- You’ll see “Passed” or a green check.
- Disconnect the phone.
- Power it on.
- FRP lock is gone — no more Google account screen.
- If your device shows a message like:
“Your device is corrupt. It can’t be trusted and may not work properly. Press power button to continue.”
- Don’t panic. This can be fixed easily. It may take some time to enter Fastboot Mode—be patient.
(I personally faced this issue, so don’t worry if it seems delayed.) - Just flash the firmware in Fastboot Mode using the file downloaded via Software Fix.
- Make sure to download the file before starting the FRP process, so you're prepared if this message appears.
