I recently bought used, bent and almost destroyed Mi Max (codename Hydrogen).
It was really cheap and has a good LCD on it.
Phone was vibrating and showing Mi logo in a bootloop when connected to a charger.
When I opened the phone I had something something to see.
Problem 1 - Half of the battery socket on the motherboard is missing.
Problem 2 - Battery cable is ripped.
1. I can solve this problem by soldering some jumper wires to spots on the motherboard to bypass broken battery socket.
2. This is where I need your help. Mi Max has BM49 battery and I tried to find info online but no one had posted any pictures on where to solder on the battery BMS side.
All I found is a tutorial for Mi Max 2 that has BM50 battery and it has 4 contacts on battery BMS where you can solder jumper wires on.
BM49 BMS is completely different.
I will post some pictures of the BM49 connector and battery BMS that I found online.
