This computer was using a rented account in the past, and as we discovered the account to be violating the end user licence agreement it had to be locked, together with all connected computers.
Now as I can see you are using your own account since the renting incident, and for this reason we have decided to unlock the computer for you.

If you are trying to use your own account with an active licence that is NOT shared, please tell me the username so we can unlock your computer.
Otherwise if you want to work on this computer, please consider following the rules, and purchase a licence to an account that belongs to the owner of this computer and is NOT shared.
