Dear Bro Kindly Read Post Carefully. It the top of the post this is mentioned that your phone must be Jailbreak . Kindly First Jailbreak your phone then try to Bypass..

do the jaiilbreak and then bypass without inserting the simcard. - METHOD GSM -
dO the jailbreak and bypass with inserting the simcard with pin code - METHOD MEID NO NETWORK -
