Hydra Tool Firmware Support Area Access

We are excited to introduce our new Support Area Access, which allows you to conveniently access it directly from our official webpage. Simply click on the Support button to get started.
To access the Support Area, you will need to have one of the following: Digital Package 3, 6, 12, or a Dongle. Once you have the necessary requirements,
you will be able to download a variety of files, including Firmwares, QCN files, Modems, and Baseband files.
We are committed to providing you with the resources you need to enhance your experience with our products. The Support Area Access is designed to make it easier for you to access important files and updates.

It says that I have a maximum number of downloads, I haven't downloaded anything yet and it tells me that I have already exceeded the number of downloads
