Help Help! My Max 3 Without Wifi or Imei after Custom Rom

Install a custom rom
In Mi max 3 nitrogen, it is in bootloop so I flashed the Rom Stock by edl and I was left without Wifi or baseband or Imei

This was after using the file Uploaded by Franky38
called "Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Unlock Mi Account and FRP No need AUTH [EDL 9008]"

I need to restore baseband and imei

but Flashee by Edl and Fastboot and did not return neither imei nor baseband nor wifi

Good, you have a backup and the wifi returns with flash persist.img

I tried to flash persist by fastboot but it tells me "the partition is write protected" or something like that

Good, you have the bootloader unlocked, right?
and the persist.img flash in edl mode and get it out of the factory firmware of that model that you have problems

Yes Frank, I have the bootloader unlocked
But I couldn't flash him with any Box because in UMT I don't have credits and I don't know how to do it
