It is locked to AT&T USA and have clean status. On their website I've got this message: "We can't unlock this device because we can’t locate it in our database of devices sold by AT&T".

Well, unfortunately, I can't call AT&T, because i'm not living in USA.

The device you want to unlock is active on another AT&T account. The account owner needs to remove the device from their account first. For assistance, call 800.331.0500.

I got an s918u s23 ultra . I need an mkc unlock. Ive tried using keytool and looks like it was successful then still asks for mkc code. I got network unlock code from att but no mkc code. Can u tell me what I need to do. Imei 357644121211209
