1. computers,

2. installed v2.0.0.1 from old computer.

3. Run software - (new update prompt)

4. Accepted update download and try intall - it says 'cant run on system with .net lower than 4.7 bla bla bla'

5. attempt to download .net from microsoft officially (v4.8)

6. got errors my win 10 system not compatible with .net

7. frustrated, went back to run ffinder v2.0.0.1, it came up with serial verification

8. put my serial from dongle, it said invalid serial.


i need to use this software . it worked well on my older pc about 2 weeks ago. please help

i've been desperately trying to reach out to your support since yesterday regarding the new serial for new ffinder software.
i purchased my dongle in lagos nigeria around october 2019 and i am unable to reach the seller because i live in a different city (dont have thier phone number anymore).
Please find below my dongle serial number and email i used to register software. i need new serial to continue using your new software.

i have received online f-finder s/n from official reseller but its is working only this version (2.0.0.1) detail are mention below pic.

Now f-finder have many updated i will try to all step which are installed successfully .
when i open all new version update after this option not show ( ALREADY HAVE AN ACTIVATED SERIEL NUMBER ? )
please how can i updated my registered f-finder s/n ,because due new last version Date: 3rd NOV 2020F-Finder Tool new update V3.0.2 also not show

Sir mainay f finder zs malik se2 month pehlay liya tha window format ho gaye serial no save nahi kiya. Aur email se racover nahi ho raha hain. [email protected]
