why cant i get support to solve my login issue?
i bought dongle, ffinder worked.
team did update, required to get new serial. i got and ffinder worked.
i updated software to v3.x.x , ffinder worked.
lost both laptops i had due to fire bincident.
got new laptop, installed v4.x.x and ffinder not work
server not recognize my serial number again (maybe because of new laptop) .
ive posted about this problem all week and still no help and no support.
i still have dongle.
i still have old serial.
i still have new serial.
