I have never used any debugging or cracking tools on my PC, except for remote access software like AnyDesk or UltraViewer. I also want to mention that I have never used any remote software while CM2 software was running in the background.
Despite this, I encountered a misconfiguration error. After doing some research, I found no other solution except to apologize publicly on the forum, which I did, following the procedure. However, the issue has occurred again — my access is blocked, and I am unable to run any CM2 setups.
My dongle expired a while ago, and I’ve been using old setups. The only reason I can think of for the blockage is that I haven’t renewed my support for a long time.
Anyway, I would like to renew my support for two years, but before I do, I want to confirm:
will I be able to use my dongle again after renewing?
