My iPhone isnt yet unlocked and they dont give me refund

27.5.2020 I've placed an order for iCloud unlock CLEAN iPhone XR imei 356430109126390

Poor communication and almost no info about unlocking my phone

Can anybody confirm this I think this is a fraud.
If not please give me my money back.
