Solution: go to driver directory (c:\windows\system32\drivers\), delete this file and then restart the computer.

Hi,
May phone emmc ic damaged if the phone stuck on logo, fastboot, recovery mode are not working!
you can try solve problem as follow way:
1.Rehot flash ic
2.Change good usb cable
3.Install qualcomm edl drivers via emt "Drivers" tab
4.Connect phone to computer usb port directly without usb hub.
