Help oppo a3s hang on logo

Pls help

I recev a3s hang on logo and i did follow the video from martview team on how to back up, but the only problem i got error during read dump pls see picture atached below, and i want to know if still i can proceed? ...second in userarea back-up again i found some in logs appear some BLANK and some NOT BLANK, can i go proceed to eMmc factory erase??? Are those my back-ups complete without any problem? Pls anybody here can tell me, im very much appreciated.

first set clock speed 48 mh and bus 1 bit
now tik on extcsd and user area 128 mb and boot 1 and boot 2 and read dump
and user part backup on user area section

Hi, I did now all back up without any problem and emmc factory erase, thanks for you guide...And now my next problem is in factory image where to download files ,pls see attached picture below.
