I uninstalled everything but still cannot start it, can you help me please?

I just tried both ideas and still giving me the same message. I uninstalled flexihub and usb redirector. Do programs like teamviewer matter?

Hi, it was uninstalled a long time ago, do you know the driver name(.sys) file and I will delete it from my system? I cannot use another computer its the only one I have.

Cancel the program and its extension on disk C
Reinstall it as the installation changes from disk C to disk D as shown in the following image and try
