its just frp lock，not have mi lock，because you cant flash the phone if mi lock is on
Bro r u noobs ...If Its Just Frp Why I am waste my credits simple bypass with few steps .....if mi account lost mode on u can't flash otherwise u can flash for mi account lock
Plz know the difference between LOCK AND LOST MODE before talk
1.Mi account lock ( find my phone on but lost mode off )
2.Mi account Lost Mode( find my phone on and lost mode on )

I think there is something wrong with this information about the images:
image 1) with information 09999 is LOST MODE
image 2) cell phone already restored without information is CLEAN MODE
but in the 2 images FIND DEVICES is ON
Either Lost or Clean still cannot be flashed because "Find device" is turned ON.
so if you can flash your K20 Pro it is because simply "Find device" is turned OFF.
and here is the proof of what I say ...
Xiaomi MI 9T is Clean does not flash :
