Hi,

You should to check support brands and models before purchase any tools. we already writed which brands and models supported in EMT official site.
p/s: redmi note 8 pro and redmi 6 is mtk new security, factory reset via sideload and reset frp via sideload supported, flash not supported!!! we never said we support both models flash option in anywhere yet.
