Greetings,
Kindly solve my proplem and refund my credit
i Just flash Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 (ginkgo) for 2 times
and my device still stuck on logo and the credit deducted.
please refund my credit to reflash it with bootloader unlocking.

If your device already flashed and stuck on logo then it's not comply with UFI refund policy. The online credit consuming and auth only for procced the flashing and its already done on your device. If after flash device logo problem then repair emmc

ok i know but i lost 8 Credit and iam sure that is my phone proplem is not emmc because the customer was updating it on wifi and the battery was low for that phone stuck on logo
and ufi told me that
You have used 1 available XIAOMI_FL slot for this phone, you have 2 FREE slot left to try again in case this task fails.
You may retry the task for more times without further authorization as long as you don't unplug the USB cable.
how can i try to flash it again without power on phone to see is it ok or no

i want to repair my phone please refund my credit i lost 8 credit
