Oppo a3s cph 1803 IMEI 0 baseband is there help[emoji30]

Yesterday i just flashed oppo a3s cph 1803 which was dead(when i identify emmc no firmware info) so i flashed it but now phone is alive without imei but baseband is alive. How can i restore imei and i don't have security backups? Thanks.
