Coz i had sold one license to a user via one reseller,
But that user has formatted his PC without backing up necessary data.
(due to extreme lockdown situation here, the channel partner not able to answer my questions)
i want to know..
Does fingerprint id get changed after format?
If not why old license file not working?
If yes then how to obtain OR restore his purchased license?
