C9000 (Fused -3; binary 1)

After Flash "COMBINATION_CHC_FA60_C9000ZCU1APL1" (downloded from z3x)
phone restarting.
try to flash latest flash file (Binary U1) but it says error always...
Sw REV CHECK FAIL : [aboot]Fused -3 Binary 1

How can i solve this problem?
please help me out of this problem..

Because there is no u3 binary software or combination!!!

how can i flash it with binary 3??
i flashed with this combination (from z3x) : "COMBINATION_CHC_FA60_C9000ZCU1APL1_CHC_CL9698666_QB11885372_REV00_user_mid_noship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5"
