These computers were discovered to be using rented/remotely operated accounts.
Renting/remote usage of ChimeraTool is a violation of the end user licence agreement.

This happened because in the past your computer has participated in renting another account.
Renting is a violation of the end user licence agreement, and as soon as we discover an account to be rented out, we have to block the account and all computers that participated in the renting.
After reviewing your case, we have found that your computer is being used by only your own legitimate account consistently, and for this reason we have decided to unlock it.
