Chimera locked computer id contact with support team

Hello ChimeraTeam,
Sir i purchase chimara account 1 year subscription before few month. Today i open to use it saying "This account is locked!"
Please unblock my account locked. I formatted the pc and logged in again but the account got locked.

Your account is blocked by the Chimera Tool Team. The reason behind this action is that you broke our policy about the License usage. Our policy - which you accepted at the registration & in the Chimera Tool Software - says that you are not able to share the tool with any third party software / tool. We discovered that despite our Policy, you still kept using the tool remotely / together with USB sharing softwares, which is strictly prohibited and against our rules.

hi chimera team ,my account starkhan2088 locked now i know what was the reason behind blockage its probably redmin vpn ,please unlock my computer i want to purchase chimera pro... please please..i know its my fault but it was not attentional dear ones...accept my appology.please inform me how long it will take you to unlock my coputer?

Dear User,

Your empty account starkhan2088 is not locked, but both of your computers are.
These computers belong to rented/remotely used accounts.
Renting/remote usage of ChimeraTool is a violation of the end user licence agreemen
If you want to work on these computers, please consider following the rules, and purchase a licence to an account that belongs to the owner of these computers and is NOT shared.
