Dear Support,
I am contacting you to request a refund of credits to my account due to a problem with my order #1616519-SNDNPG48YW0F00, placed on 07/25/2024.
After placing an order for iRemoval Bypass, the order was initially accepted but later blocked by the iRemoval system due to a payment issue. To resolve the situation, I made a payment directly to iRemoval to remove the SN from the blacklist and activate the device correctly.
As the problem was resolved outside the scope of HeartUnlocks, I would like to request that the credits related to this order be reversed or used in another way to compensate for my loss. My intention is to ensure that I do not end up at a loss due to this situation.
Please confirm receipt of this request and inform me of the next steps to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
As you did not support me for the order I made, and as I have already activated support with the iRemoval administrators themselves, I request a refund of the credits on my account and the order. Just consult the service order I sent to you to check the account that should have the credit reversed.
