Hello, the most likely thing is that the information is encrypted, but you can try if you are lucky, steps to follow:
1. Download this program from this link, which is very useful for many things,

2. You install it and we go to the section that says Disk, then we go open virtual disk file, we go to the drop-down menu and we choose all the files or all the formats, we look for the userdata.bin partition and it will automatically be mounted and if Everything turns out well or correct, on the left side of the software there will be all the partitions of both our computer or laptop, including the userdata.bin partition, on the right side we will see three tabs:
1. Partition.
2. Files.
3. Sector Hexadecimal Editor.
Well, your data will be in the second Files tab if it is not encrypted.
