Chimera A047F need to backup userdata via EUB

Dear Chimera developers, i can boot and backup firmware via EUB mode and Chimera tool. This work just fine. But i need to get also Userdata partition ( even and it is encrypted ) in raw ... But - do not see an option to do this.
Any Advice?

Dear User,

Unfortunately we can only save the userdata in encrypted format, don't have a solution to do it otherwise.

Yes - i need just phisical dump of userdata partition... not more ( You know - everyone customers wants more and more ... ) . By the way i can't get it via JTAG ( after 12 seconds of try to connect it - you see it in JTAG log) :

So ... hope Chimera will help me about, but if make a Firmware backup - there no userarea is included ( you make it well, for sure, as is now - there no sense to get Userarea in case of FW readout, i know, and prevents of stupid mistakes from your customers ), but will add value for repairers like me if R/W option for separate partitions can be opened ( after hidden key combination for example ) ...
