Hello. I have a BB Q10, i downloaded SQN-100-3 ( according to my info in the phone) and installed the loader. But now, the only thing my BB shows on the screen is the BB logo and text: Blackberry Can you please advice? Ty

hello admin..i have blackberry passport i use u r tools anti thieft but not my paspport stuck on blackberry logo ..wht's wrong you uplode file on this site ..now wht to do now

I have attempted with Blackberry Passport, ran correct autoloader but after finishing it gets stuck on Blackberry Logo. Have to run Blackberry Link to get it back to normal. Still has lock. Have tried 3 times with same result.
