you are in trouble brother. I have nova 9SE and nova 10SE all without service no help whatsoever from the support team. They told me to downgrade the phones without any clue on where to get the downgrade files. Before repairing those phones please check the security patch date first, then read back up with octoplus in the case of no service you put back the original files.
