DTPro Nova 9 SE imei fix ok, but no signal

Hello!

Please any advice to get signal up!

I did all proces, first prepare, then imei fix and last repair network, phone display fixed imei but no network, also noticed I cant change network type (2G, 3G, 4G) as options are greyed out.

1 check SIMLOCK State
2 if SIMLOCK is Okay, please change Firmware....

Could you tell me how to check simlock state? as phone just show that, and I´m using native carrier sim card.
