Untick Ext-Csd and flash it. The phone will not be affected by the absence of Ext-Csd flash. You can also set it manually.
you may try to set boot config manually or via preset menu in ext_csd tab according to your SoC platform.

I have the UFI_v1.7.0.2661_setup installed on my windows 10 Pro 64 Bit version 22H2(OS Build 19045.3636)After installation when
i try to run the software i get the erroe below

Problem while trying to Initialize application
Access violation at address 0153BE34 in module UFI.exe
