Infinity Dongle misconfiguration

Helle team may you please help me my Cm2 Dongle is not working.its saying Dongle Misconfiguration.contact to support.
I tried Updating it using Dongle Manager but it also say Data damaged. I tried fixing using dongle manager but founds nothing no falty bin .
My dongle SN: 84C7CF87
May u kindly assist me pliz

Your dongle was damaged with sharing tool, probably it was eltima or virtualhere.

Thank you for responding I once used Veirtualhere and i forgot to remove it. May you assist me and im trying to to register and im stuck here how do i finish register been saying i provided wrong answer
