Error code: 403
Error: Fw update query failed, please reconnect box and retry !

all those who have new ufs kit and trying to upgrade have same error. I think it some kind of server country lock -error 403

Seems like you buy UFI UFS-Prog Full Package.
This may not sell separately with UFI Box which already paired in factory.
You may ask your reseller about this situation.

This may not sell separately with UFI Box which already paired in factory.
You may ask your RESELLER about this situation.
