Absolutely right. Ufi team always sleep. It was big mistake for me to choose ufi box. i think they will never come back because they do not care any customer. They want to make money to mislead people like rhey did with ufs update. Ufs tool not work proplerly. Everyone who bought ufi ufs all complaining. Also its been a good experience for me i will never buy any Indonesian product. Like i didt bought Borneo schematic i go with another brand because i know they can do it again

Those who do not know how to use, they complain. There are many videos of UFI UFS on youtube. Do You Have UFI UFS Which You Are Complaining Because it seems from your words that you do not buy any Indonesian product. That's why we can understand the reason for your negative comment.
If you gave attention to threads on forum you can see problem. 99% threads never answer any team member. Lots of questions stand without any solution. Did you ever check ufi android tool box? its disguisting! Not work properly always gave error. whenever i want to flash any smartphone i always get error then i go touse other tools uat umt octoplus ex. I do make money with this tool but we need more support less bug. like jtag work very professional it does have lots of functions. i know this is much more easy to manage but i said we need more update to make this better. every tool i use xiaomi flash without any credit only ufi box ask for credit. why? i want to ask why? we need lots of reform for this tool. also updates very slow. after ufs launch which is very big innovation for ufi box. we get only 2 or 3 update which is not grate and last update they write to title big update i do not see any big things there only rpmb update make difference and for android toolbox there is no new event

Well for me initially when I got ufi box I had a bit of a challenge but it was quick to know my way about it thanks to Aftab he help me with a little indications but I must say this ufi box is a great box sincerely but I believe team can do better in terms of frp operations factory reset operations and adding more features to box and a better team support I believe that would take ufi box a long way and make more money for users
