DualSIM you need dissable RSA via Hardware!
-Reset EFS (Wipe IMEI)
-Enable Diag
-Write QCN
-repair IMEi´s

Note:
if you have phone with Bootloader Unlocked! you need install TWRP for reset EFS (Wipe IMEi´s)
phone´s with Bootlaoder Unlocked! you can reset EFS (Wipe IMEi´s) writing engineer Firmware after Skip Auth!
