Please follow the Software usage Rules
In most cases we can fix it for you but in some cases you may damage your tool permanently

What to do:

1. Do not use any kind of usb/network/remote sharing tools [you may get misconfiguration error]
2. Do not use debuggers and similar tools [you may get misconfiguration error 62]
3. Configure your PC for safe work: disable and/or uninstall any kind of tools that may gives a problem.
4. If you got your tool damaged repeatedly with network sharing or other similar methods (you know) please be ready to pay repair processing fee and see Dongle repair processing fee price
