Bro OEM and USB debugging enable in developer option. After that u will flash 6.0 January or February security patch same Canadian version firmware. After that root ur device. U can root file get cf auto root website. u will unlock via z3x box..

if you want to unlock without root first downgrade modem than try direct unlock here is your modem file:
