Dear User,

Okay so I would recommend two steps:
1. Please reinstall the Chimera Tool Drivers. Then restart the PC.
2. Reflash the device with official Software using the RUU method.

After all the previously mentioned steps, please do the IMEI REPAIR again. Let us know the result of course.
